Directions

  1. Preheat oven; trim ends of asparagus:

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Trim tough ends from asparagus.

  2. Toss asparagus with oil; arrange on baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan:

    On a rimmed baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Spread in an even layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  3. Roast:
