  • Supreme LLC has recalled its peach salsa due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination linked to recalled peaches from supplier Moonlight Companies.
  • The affected 14-ounce containers were sold under the Supreme Produce brand at Kroger stores across 10 states, with best-by dates between October 12 and October 29, 2025.
  • No illnesses have been reported, but consumers who still have the product should discard it immediately and contact the Moonlight Companies recall hotline with questions.

Check your fridge. Supreme LLC is recalling its peach salsa due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The company's supplier, Moonlight Companies, recently issued a recall on white and yellow peaches due to Listeria contamination, triggering the salsa alert.

The salsa was distributed to Kroger stores in Illinois, Colorado, Georgia, Washington, Indiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oregon, and Michigan under the Supreme Produce brand. It was packaged in 14-ounce, clear plastic grab-and-go containers with UPC 85006540364 and a best-by date ranging from October 12 to October 29, 2025.

So far, no illnesses or consumer complaints have been reported related to the Supreme salsa. The affected product is no longer available for sale and has passed its shelf life, and should already be out of distribution. But customers who may have bought the salsa should check their refrigerators and discard the item.

Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, Listeria can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, older adults, and others with weakened immune systems, as well as miscarriages and stillbirths in pregnant women, according to the FDA. If you experience any of these symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.

For questions regarding the recall, contact the Moonlight Companies recall hotline at (855) 215-5017, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
