Trader Joe's Is Opening 30 New Stores Across the Country—See If One's Near You

If you've been hoping for a Trader Joe's to open near you, you may be in luck. The grocery store chain announced that it will be opening 30 new locations in 18 states, having recently added 16 new locations to its list of stores that are "coming soon." Trader Joe's currently operates stores across 42 states.

Famous for its low prices and selection of popular freezer finds, such as Mandarin Orange Chicken, a large variety of cheeses, and unique snacks, the grocery store chain frequently goes viral for its merchandise as well, like its mini pastel canvas tote bags, which are now selling on eBay.

The new stores are set to open in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. The company hasn’t shared opening dates for most of the stores, except for the Northridge, Calif., location, which is set to open next week.
