Kroger Launches Exclusive Line of High-Protein Foods—From Heat-and-Eat Meals to Desserts

"Am I getting enough protein?" seems to be the top health question on everyone's mind at the moment—and stores are responding by stocking shelves with a range of protein-enriched items like snack bars, yogurt, pasta, and more.

Now Kroger is joining the mission to help its customers reach their protein goals with the launch of its Simple Truth Protein products. The new line includes 80-plus meals and snacks you'll want to add to your cart during your next trip to the grocery store. The products are an extension of Kroger's top-selling private label line, Simple Truth.

Featuring heat-and-eat meals and pantry staples that are free of artificial colors and flavors and preservatives, the private label includes:
