Martha's Restaurant, The Bedford, Will Open a New Location in Connecticut This Fall

Martha opened her first restaurant, The Bedford by decorvow, in the Paris Las Vegas hotel in 2022. Now, our founder is opening a second location on the other side of the country at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut. The new restaurant is set to open this fall in their Pequot Tower, offering a lineup of impressive culinary dining options.

Continuing the acclaimed concept from the Vegas location, this East Coast version will create a unique dining experience with Martha's celebrated style, "offering guests an authentic culinary experience alongside the resort's exceptional offerings," according to a press release.

The restaurant was designed to transport guests to Martha's 1925 country farmhouse in Bedford, New York, to experience what she's known for: Elegance, warmth, and charm.

"The Bedford at Foxwoods Resort Casino will provide diners with a glimpse into the way I entertain and host at my farmhouse in Bedford, New York,” Martha said. “We have worked so hard to perfect this beautiful and inviting space, as well as curate a delicious variety of my most favored food and beverages recipes, which we are excited for guests to enjoy later this year.”

For the first time, The Bedford will offer breakfast as well as brunch, lunch, and dinner, and the restaurant will use locally sourced ingredients in each dish. The menu features some of Martha's favorite dishes, including her Kurobuta Pork Chop, Niçoise Salad, and Martha’s family recipe for Pierogies. On the drinks menu, guests can sip on some of her favorite cocktails such as the Martha-tini and her frozen pomegranate Martha-rita. New additions will be added to the menu each season.
