"A type [that] I tend to find in antique and vintage shops are the large copper or brass Middle Eastern trays—sometimes called Moorish trays," says Bene Raia, auctioneer, appraiser, and founder of Raia Auctioneers. "These trays can be very large, and can also be used as tables if placed on an ottoman or on wooden legs." "I find the most unique and extraordinary lighting at vintage shops," says Jochim-Smoot. "I would visit a few shops and pick up several within the same size range—10 to 12 inches in diameter. These would be perfect for displaying treats," says Raia. "I would then style these baskets as vessels to hold flowers—usually hydrangeas—and use them as a centerpiece or on the floor beside the fireplace." Explore more: Home Home Design & Decor
