One secondhand shopper recently had the find of a lifetime when they stumbled upon the entire 1992 Lenox Spice Garden Set for just $12. The lucky shopper posted their find to Reddit on the subreddit r/ThriftStoreHauls. "They had JUST brought it out, so I was just in the right place at the right time! I can’t wait to have a shelf built to use and display this beautiful set!" they wrote. Each jar in the collection showcases a beautiful hand-painted illustration of a different spice, with the name of the spice printed on the jar in gold. The bottom of each jar reads "The Lenox Spice Garden," written in cursive. On eBay, individual jars in the Spice Garden collection sell for about $35 to $40, and the entire collection can be found for upwards of $700. A few people expressed their excitement for the Redditor's find. "I’ve wanted this set forever! I hope you get many years of use from them and they make you happy whenever you look at them," one person wrote. Another commented, "I never knew that I needed these, but now the thought of another day without them is torture!" While not everyone is lucky enough to find the entire Lenox Spice Garden collection at the thrift store, it is possible to get your hands on the brand's spice jars for an affordable price. Last year, Lenox announced that it was bringing back its iconic Spice Village at its original 1989 price. Now, Lenox lovers can purchase the complete collection for $15 per jar.
