The announcement notes that the recalled products may have been sold at other stores in addition to those listed since additional retailers may have purchased the products that were distributed by Associated Grocers, C&S, and Dot Foods from August through September.

According to the recall notice, the naturally occurring stones originated from the rice farm. Ben's Original is removing the impacted products from stores and notifying consumers.
