Esther Reynolds Experience Esther Reynolds has worked in the food and media industries for the past decade, focusing primarily on recipes for the home cook. After graduating from the International Culinary Center, she got her first professional cooking job at Dickson's Farmstand Meats, a whole-animal butcher shop in New York City's Chelsea Market. There, she gained a robust understanding of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken butchery, as well as how to utilize both familiar and unfamiliar cuts of meat. Education Esther graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Boston University in 2010. She received a Grand Diplome in Professional Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center in 2014.
