Hallmark’s 2025 Christmas Movie Lineup Is Here—and It Starts Sooner Than You Think

Get ready for almost 30 new movies and series inspired by the holiday season.

Get your cozy blanket and cup of cocoa ready! Hallmark just released its 2025 Countdown to Christmas lineup.

The months-long event, which kicks off October 17 with a new series called Mistletoe Murders, features almost 30 new movies and series inspired by the holiday season. You can watch the upcoming lineup on Hallmark Channel via your local cable provider and on its streaming service, Hallmark+. Here are some of the highly anticipated shows we'll be tuning into this season.

Mistletoe Murders

Premiere Date: October 17, with two episodes airing each week through November 21

Mistletoe Murders follows Emily Lane, the friendly shop owner of a charming, year-round Christmas-themed store called Under the Mistletoe. Residing in the quaint tourist town of Fletcher’s Grove, Emily finds herself compelled to investigate local murders. Enter Detective Sam Wilner, a smart local cop who has a crush on Emily.

The first season, which originally streamed on Hallmark+, will re-air on the Hallmark Channel beginning October 17, followed by season two starting on November 7.

A Royal Montana Christmas

Premiere Date: October 18

Overwhelmed by her royal duties during the Christmas season, Princess Victoria of Zelarnia is ready for a change of pace. Looking to decompress in the days leading up to Christmas, she decides to take a vacation to Peaceful Pines Ranch in Montana where she celebrated Christmas as a child with her late father. Upon arrival, she meets her dashing guide Huntley Blaylock who presents her and the other guests at the ranch with a rustic experience that is far from the royal treatment. Will Victoria end up staying on the ranch or go back to royal life?

A Christmas Angel Match

Premiere Date: October 19

Monica and Michael are Christmas angels tasked with bringing destined soulmates together. Typically, angels work alone, but when the Christmas Connection Department faces the threat of downsizing, Monica and Michael are unexpectedly paired to ensure Daisy and Patrick fall in love before Christmas.

Finding Mr. Christmas

Premiere Date: October 27, with new episodes each week through December 15

Hosted by Jonathan Bennett, season two of Finding Mr. Christmas follows 10 aspiring actors who compete in a variety of outrageous Christmas-themed competitions—from making gingerbread houses to physical challenges like horseback riding and skiing—to prove they have what it takes to land the next Hallmark leading role. Each week, Hallmark guest judges join lead judge Melissa Peterman in sending one contestant “home for the holidays,” while the winner lands a leading role in one of this year’s Countdown to Christmas movies.

Baked With Love: Holiday

Premiere Date: October 27

Hosted by Tamera Mowry-Housley, with guest judges chef Anna Haugh and Vaughn Vreeland, Baked with Love: Holiday pits 10 pairs of home bakers against each other. The contestants will infuse their heritage, personal stories, and cherished family recipes into classic bakes with a holiday twist and serve their dishes to a panel of expert judges. In the end, one pair will be crowned the Christmas Baking Champions and win the ultimate prize of $50,000 and a chance to have one of their bakes featured in a Countdown to Christmas movie.

Three Wisest Men

Premiere Date: November 15

The Brenner family is back in a follow-up to last year's Three Wiser Men and a Boy. As Luke is expecting twins, Taylor is debating a monumental job opportunity out of state, and Stephan attempts to plan for his upcoming nuptials, everyone’s stress heightens when they learn their mom has put their childhood home up for sale, marking their final Christmas in the Brenner house.

Tidings For the Season

Premiere Date: November 16

News anchor Adam Kade's life takes an unexpected turn in early December when he meets Robbie, a 10-year-old boy who is Adam’s biggest fan. Robbie has an important request: He wants his favorite newscaster to talk about more than just what's going wrong in the world. How about reporting on the good stories, too?

Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story

Premiere Date:  November 22

The Quinns and DeLucas have lived next door to each other for decades in the shadow of Highmark Stadium—the home of their beloved Buffalo Bills. Pediatric doctor Morgan Quinn and the Bills’ Vice President of Stadium Development Gabe DeLuca have been lifelong friends, but will it become more this holiday season? Expect cameos from the Bills including coach Sean McDermott, Ray Davis, Damar Hamlin, Dion Dawkins, and more.

An Alpine Holiday

Premiere Date:  November 29

A grandmother’s last wish brings two estranged sisters, Faith and Kelly, back together to travel to the French Alps for Christmas to recreate her first trip there with their grandfather. During this holiday adventure, they learn to cherish their sisterhood, while also making room for romance with a French mountaineer guide.

A Grand Ole Opry Christmas

Premiere Date: November 29

Gentry Wade, daughter of late country music icon Jett Wade, abandoned her dream of a songwriting career and distanced herself from her father’s legacy following his tragic accident 30 years ago. The Grand Ole Opry invites her to represent Jett at its centennial celebration at Christmas. When she visits, she is suddenly transported to 1995. This time warp allows Gentry to see her father again and gives her the creative inspiration to finish a song. Expect cameos from country artists like Bill Anderson, Brad Paisley, Megan Moroney, Mickey Guyton, Pam Tillis, Rhett Akins, Riders in the Sky, and more.

Twelve Dates 'Til Christmas

Premiere Date: December 5, with new episodes each week through December 19

Talented Saville Row textile pattern designer Kate lives in the quaint village of Blexford, England, next door to her father Mac, who is divorced from Kate’s mother Delilah, a globe-trotting American. Unbeknownst to Kate, her best friend Laura signs her up for The 12 Dates of Christmas, a holiday-themed matchmaking program in the days leading up to the holiday where Kate meets someone. The show is based on the Jenny Bayliss’ book, The Twelve Dates of Christmas.
